I have around 5 years of technical writing experience and more than 10 years of software engineering experience.
I have created feature and REST API documentation, leading to seamless client integration of services developed by the team and improvement in API usability.
I have set up documentation in a docs-as-code environment, saving 90% of time and effort spent on onboarding and troubleshooting processes.
I have made open-source documentation contributions to GitHub projects, improving efficiency of user contributions toward these projects.
